Reading a Progress Report

A Progress Report gives you a closer look at how a student or group is doing. It’s the same report Faculty use in Braintrust Tutors, and in Spark it’s scoped to the students assigned to you. Reach for it when you want more detail than the Growth Report’s trend view - a snapshot you can review before a session or share in a conversation about a student’s progress.

Before You Start

How to Open a Progress Report

  1. Go to Reports. Click Reports in the left navigation.

  2. Open the Progress Report. Select the Progress Report to load it.

  3. Review the details. Read through the report to see where the student or group stands. The view includes only students assigned to you.

What You’re Looking At

The Progress Report pulls together a student’s or group’s progress into a single detailed view. Everything shown is limited to your assigned students, so you’re always looking at students you’re responsible for and never at students outside your assignment.
