Session History for a Student or Group
Session History is the running record of past sessions for a student or group. You’ll come here to check what was covered, confirm a session was completed, and reread the observations from earlier sessions. Any Instructor assigned to the student or group can review it.
Where to Find It
Open a student’s page and go to the Session History tab to see that student’s past sessions. You can also review session history at the group level to see the full run of a group’s sessions in one place.
What Each Session Shows
Each past session lists the lesson that was covered along with its status - for example, whether the session was started, completed, or reviewed - and whether the lesson was taught or retaught. Opening a session lets you read the observations recorded for it.
Shared Students
A student may work with more than one Instructor. When that’s the case, Session History is shared: you can see sessions another co-assigned Instructor ran with the same student, and all assigned Instructors are listed on the student’s record. This keeps everyone supporting a shared student working from the same history. For how shared students appear in your tables, see Reading Your Students Table.
