Switching Between a Student's Programs

A student can be part of more than one program - for example, a Reading program and a Math program. A student’s page shows one program at a time, so if the Where to Start box or the program details look empty, it usually means the student is not enrolled in the program you are currently viewing. Two controls at the top right of the page decide what you are looking at: the Reading / Math toggle and the program selector next to it.

How to Switch Programs

  1. Open the student. From My Students, click the student’s name to open their page.

  2. Check the Reading / Math toggle. Make sure the subject you want is selected.

  3. Open the program selector and choose a program. The selector lists the student’s programs by date range and type. Pick the one you want, and the page shows that program’s details, including the Where to Start box and the student’s assessments.

Common Issues

The Where to Start Box or Program Details Are Empty

A student only has data in the programs they are enrolled in, so if the details are blank you are viewing a program the student is not part of. Make sure the right subject is selected on the Reading / Math toggle, then open the program selector and choose another program. Entries in the selector can look alike - for example, the same date range - so if you are not sure which one the student is in, select each in turn until their details appear.
